    How authentic do your documents look?

    The documents that we develop are of great quality and appear just as great as the original ones. The final versions do NOT contain the word "Sample" or "Specimen" on. Please email us if you would like to see a sample first.

    How do I know your site is legit?

    Before you make any purchase, we are more than happy to send you any samples of documents. If you are still not satisfied by this then we can put you in touch with some of our existing customers.

    Do I receive a digital copy and a paper copy?

    Yes, all orders come with a digital and paper copy of the document. If you don't require the paper copy, please email us when making your order.

    How long do the documents take to create?

    This depends entirely on your order. However, most documents are created on the same day but please allow up to 2 working days for the digital version.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer to our UK bank and cash deposit. Cash deposit requires you to go to our banking branch and to deposit the money in manually. This option is good if you wish to remain anonymous.

    Is it possible to get my own information and transactions put on the documents?

    Yes it is possible, there is an order form that is present on the website and can collect around five Direct Debits/ Transactions and one Credit to the account. If you need more than this we will give you a Microsoft Excel form to finish and return with the required information.

    Are there discounts available?

    Yes, there are discounts for the returning customers. We can also offer discounts to customers ordering multiple documents at one time.

    The template I need is not there, what do I do?

    If the template you are looking for is not here you can email us and we will look into getting into made into a new template for an additional cost.

    How many months can we do?

    You can do as many months as you need to. The higher number of months you purchase, the greater discount you receive but the order may take longer to complete.

    Can changes to the document be made if there are mistakes that are found?

    Yes definitely, if the document does not match the order that is placed changes will be made free of charge. You will also get a preview before the postage is made so that you do not locate any errors in your documentation. If you by chance approve the document preview that we send and approve it despite a mistake, then we will charge you extra because it is not our fault.

    What types of postage methods are available?

    All the documents are posted by First Class stamp. All items are posted the next day and usaully take around 2-3 days to arrive.

    My item has not arrived, what do I do?

    If your item has not arrived, please email us and we will resend it free of charge.

    Is my information secure?

    Any information that is provided to us will not be given to a third party or sold to any other company. We never send out advertisements and your information is kept securely in our system. We have a lot of security that will make sure that your private information is not leaked anywhere else. Protection of information is very important and you can definitely rely on us to keep your information safe and confidential at all times.
