How does ordering work?
Choose the document type you need, fill in the order form with your details and what you'd like included, and submit it. You'll immediately receive a unique order number, and our team gets to work preparing your document.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are completed within 24-48 hours. More detailed or highly customized requests may take a little longer — if that's the case, our team will let you know by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and USDC across several networks. If none of those work for you, choose "Custom Payment" at checkout and our team will arrange an alternative with you directly.
How will I receive my document?
Your finished document is emailed to the address you provide on the order form. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for updates from our team.
Can I request changes after ordering?
Yes — minor revisions to formatting and content are included. Reply to your order confirmation email with what you'd like changed and our team will update it.
Is my information kept private?
Order details are used only to prepare your document and are not shared with third parties.
Can I track the status of my order?
Your unique order number is your reference for any follow-up. Contact us any time with that number and we can update you on progress.
Do you support countries outside the ones listed?
The country list shown on each order form reflects what's currently available for that document type. If yours isn't listed, reach out via the contact page and we'll see what we can do.
