This policy explains how cancellations, revisions and refunds are handled for orders placed through this site.

Before work begins

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible after submitting it. Orders that have not yet entered production can typically be cancelled for a full refund.

Once work has started

Because each document is prepared individually for your order, once preparation has begun a cancellation may only be eligible for a partial refund reflecting work already completed.

Revisions

If the document you receive does not match the details you submitted on your order form, contact us and we will correct it at no additional charge. Revisions requested due to a change in what you want, rather than an error on our part, may be treated as a new request.

How to request a refund

Email us using the address on our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
