These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any novelty document design ordered through it. All designs are fictional and must not be presented as genuine records.

Orders

When you submit an order form, you are requesting a novelty document design for a legitimate, disclosed creative, educational, training or software-demonstration purpose. Designs are fictional and are not valid evidence of identity, address, funds, income, employment, account ownership or tax status.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes, and not to request documents intended to misrepresent facts to a third party, impersonate another person or entity without authorization, or facilitate fraud. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery

Typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours from receipt of a complete order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, and more detailed or highly customized requests may take longer.

Payment

Orders are paid via the methods listed at checkout. Prices are shown on each document type's page and are subject to change.

Limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of a document we prepare.
