FakeUtilities supplies clearly marked novelty document designs. They exist for education, training, software testing, creative props and disclosed fictional productions. This page sets out the non-negotiable rules that protect both the customer and the integrity of the designs.
What these designs are for

What these designs must never be used for
- Proof of address, residence or identity
- Proof of funds, income, employment or account ownership
- Any form of financial, tax, benefits, credit or KYC verification
- Submission to banks, landlords, employers, government agencies or other third parties as if genuine
- Any attempt to mislead a person or organisation about real-world facts
Fictional markings must stay visible
Every design includes permanent fictional-use labelling. Removing, covering or digitally altering those markings defeats the purpose of a novelty product and violates the terms of use. If a design ever looks as though it could be mistaken for a genuine record, it should not be used.
